so... what is this all about?
The term Engrish refers to any badly translated words/phrases/sentences from a foreign language (usually Japanese and Chinese) into English. The translated text often sounds very humorous and funny. Sometimes they are simply not understandable, or might have a totally different meaning from the original.
This page automatically translates the English text you entered into Engrish by first translating it into Japanese, and then back to English. This page uses babelfish, an online translation tool, to do both translations.
